Our Infrastructure Delivery team provides multi-disciplinary infrastructure solutions across New Zealand and the South Pacific. With a strong pipeline of projects ahead, we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team
Te kōwhiringa | The Opportunity
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring all project requirements are met while optimising resources to drive successful, profitable outcomes without compromising on quality or safety.
This role suits a dynamic professional who thrives in varied and challenging environments and is flexible to working in various locations across the South Pacific on a FIFO basis.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing all aspects of project delivery to meet time, budget, safety, and quality targets
Developing project plans, managing risks, and leading onsite teams
Tracking budgets, controlling costs, and reporting to ensure commercial success
Supporting, developing, and guiding your team to perform at their best
Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Championing health, safety, and environmental standards

- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager couple with at least 5 years' experience managing and leading teams
- A tertiary qualification or equivalent in engineering or science is essential
- Proven project management experience in the Pacific Islands, preferably with a contracting organisation
- Full Class 1 NZ Drivers Licence
- Ability to develop and promote a culture that supports company values and Zero Harm
- Clear demonstration of leadership behaviours that empower others
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage diverse personalities
- Able to identify, research and develop marketplace opportunities
- High levels of cultural awareness and respect for other ethnic groups and nationalities
This role involves frequent travel therefore candidates with the flexibility to be mobile may be considered for a remote base location.
