We're on the hunt for a Customer Service Representative who's not just great with people—but also thrives on helping customers find the right solutions and boosting our sales performance.

Our CSR's are pivotal to our business. As a Sales and Customer Service Superstar, you will take ownership of an existing list of customers. We love our customers and want you to love them too

The main focus of this role includes:

  • Manage an existing set of clients and build genuine relationships with them to encourage repeat business
  • Out on the road, delivering and selling batteries/accessories to trade/wholesale customers
  • Consignment and stock rotation of products at customer sites
  • Pick and pack your daily deliveries
  • Being a product knowledge superstar - we will teach you everything you need to know
  • Complete sales paperwork. We love attention to detail and so do our customers
  • Live our values

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4.30pm (40-hour week)

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

  • Forklift licenced or willing to obtain
  • Able to work away from home 1-2 nights every 3 weeks - all work expenses will be paid by company + you will receive a pre-tax allowance of $100 for each night away.
  • Physically fit & must be able to lift repetitively up to 30kg
  • Customer service experience with a passion to help our customers and achieve sales goals
  • Driven to learn new products and processes.
  • High attention to detail
  • Great presentation is required, as you are the face of the Company (Uniform, safety boots and PPE provided)
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable speaking to all personalities
  • Good computer skills and willing to learn internal computer systems.
  • Like to have fun
