We are looking for a telephone operator, to work **7.00AM to 3.30PM** on a rotating roster.
Shifts will be rostered**:5 shifts on, 10 shifts off **working across weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
This position would appeal to someone who enjoys a challenge and looks for job satisfaction. Key duties include answering the phone, after-hours reception duties, interacting with the public and dealing with emergency situations.

To succeed in this busy role you will have a bright, friendly and outgoing personality with great interpersonal skills and a strong customer service focus. You will be highly organised and efficient with the ability to multitask and handle pressure.
- Te Whatu Ora staff must have completed their primary course of two NZ approved COVID-19 vaccinations as they have direct contact with patients and members of the public_._
