Store Person

We are looking for **2 Store persons to join our Picton branch**. In this job you will be focussing on all aspects of picking packing orders, customer delivery, stock handling and other warehouse administration tasks.

- Based at Queen Charlotte Drive, Picton
- Hours**:Monday To Saturday (5 am to 2.00 pm/ 5.30 am - 2.30 pm)**:

**Main job responsibilities**:

- Pick pack orders from our warehouse & freezer according to customer orders.
- Place customer labels on the boxes/bags
- Organise and fill stock in the chiller and freezer departments
- Receiving and checking deliveries
- Handling goods receipts and assist with random counts/checks
- Work with the warehouse team to ensure the efficient handling and storage of goods.
- Administration tasks including managing courier labels, seconds and assisting with customer pickups.
- Ensure work place is kept clean and hygienic at all times.
- Assist with delivery of goods in and around Marlborough region
- Process and document returns as required
- Some heavy lifting is involved

**About you**:

- Good physical fitness for heavy lifting
- Forklift licence is necessary
- Clean NZ driver's licence
- Ability to work in cold environment
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven record of reliability and a team player
- Reasonably good literacy and basic computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Multitasking ability
- Adaptable approach and ability to work under pressure.

**Salary**: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour

- Warehousing/Store person: 1 year (preferred)
