We are a tourism service sector management team that supports and leads the operational, financial performance and business best practice requirements for a range of SME companies in the tourism sector.

This is not a opportunity for the faint hearted

You will manage the financial requirements for these businesses and have a balanced "hands on" and management of two co-ordinator positions. You are an allrounder and you love business evolution at a fast pace.

How will you fill your days?

The position is responsible for all finance accounting management requirements for each business we work with and/or own.

You will take ownership of all month-end processes, reporting and financial human resource requirements. You will work with the business managers, supporting and auditing all daily financial requirements. You will be responsible for:

  • Management of all accounting, finance, payroll, AR and AP on a day to day basis
  • Month end Profit & Loss reporting
  • Other financial reporting for directors and shareholders
  • 2 direct reports and a range of operational relationships

What do you need to apply?

  • Strong Xero experience/knowledge
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • 3 years Financial Management experience
  • Great communication skills
  • Strong and logical self management skills
