We're looking for a motivated Management Accountant to join our Wellington team. Reporting to the Financial Business Partner - Team Lead, you'll turn numbers into insights that make a real impact.

Working with a team of finance professionals, you'll support business units with analysis, reporting, and advice, and communicate financial information clearly to stakeholders — many of whom are non-financial — making your ability to translate insights just as important as your technical skills.

You're a numbers person who loves to dig into data and spot what others might miss — but you also know that great accounting is about people and purpose.

You might have a couple of years' experience under your belt and be ready to step into a role where you can take on more responsibility and see your work have a real impact.

To succeed, you'll bring:

  • A degree in finance, accounting, or business, with some professional experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and confidence with accounting systems and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to translate financial insights for non-financial stakeholders.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset and a genuine desire to keep learning.
