TE TŪRANGA I THE ROLE:

We have three fantastic permanent, fulltime Product Manager opportunities at Sky — each helping shape how New Zealanders experience the content they love

As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and communicating product roadmaps, defining clear product requirements, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and ongoing growth of our products. You'll be the voice of the customer, collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality, customer-focused experiences that meet audience needs and drive business success.

We're looking for talented Product Managers to join us in the following areas:

• Product Manager – Sky Sport Now: Deliver world-class sports streaming experiences and keep fans connected to the action they love.
• Product Manager – NEON: Lead the evolution of one of New Zealand's most popular entertainment streaming platforms, creating seamless and engaging viewing experiences for our audiences.
• Product Manager – Sky TV: Deliver an exceptional experience that seamlessly brings together the best of traditional TV and streaming. You'll shape the customer journey end to end- gathering insights, defining requirements and collaborating with cross functional teams to build products our customers love

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Product Management- Managing and develop products and services through their full lifecycle from inception and growth to maturity, decline, and retirement.
• Project Delivery- Delivering agreed outcomes from projects through strong leadership, collaboration, and effective governance.
• Managing requirements throughout the entire delivery and operational lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Relationship Management- Building strong relationships and influence stakeholder decisions, attitudes, and actions to achieve shared success.

You're a natural communicator and a collaborative team player, who thrives when working with cross functional teams. You love tackling challenges, thinking creatively, and finding innovative ways to deliver products that truly delight customers and drive business success. With proven experience in shaping and managing product roadmaps and specifications, you bring strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of market research and competitive analysis to guide your decisions.

Together with this you will have:

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
• Experience using agile tools with a working knowledge of agile methodology
• Experience working in or across the entertainment/sport/tv/content/streaming sector advantageous
