About the role
As Operations Administrator, you'll be the go-to person for smooth-running processes across operations, health and safety, quality, and HR. From coordinating meetings and managing compliance documentation to supporting audits and training, you'll play a vital role in keeping everything on track.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing agendas, papers, and minutes for national and weekly meetings
  • Following up on action items and maintaining accurate logs
  • Supporting ISO recertifications and quality audits
  • Updating HR systems and training registers
  • Assisting with analytics and reporting for HR and operations
  • Managing documentation on SharePoint and other platforms

About you
You're proactive, organised, and comfortable working independently. You'll be trusted to manage your workload and make the role your own. Strong admin skills and the ability to take ownership are essential.

You'll bring:

  • Excellent MS Office experience, including Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and SharePoint
  • Proven administration experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and confidence to hold your ground
  • Ability to prioritise, work under pressure, and maintain accuracy
  • A collaborative approach with resilience and a bit of personality
