Senior Digger Operator Wanted – Full-Time Opportunity

Are you a 10/10 operator with over 5 years of experience behind the controls? Ready to bring your skills to a team that values precision, safety, and professionalism?

We're on the hunt for a Senior Digger Operator who's:

  • Highly skilled and confident operating a range of diggers
  • Proven track record of reliability and excellence on site
  • Able to pass all pre-employment checks with flying colours
  • Looking for full-time work and ready to start NOW
  • Operate diggers and other plant on or near the rail network, including Road-Rail Vehicles (RRVs)
  • Perform excavation, backfilling, lifting, and loading tasks safely and efficiently
  • Conduct pre-start checks and routine maintenance of machinery
  • Adhere strictly to KiwiRail safety standards and relevant site protocols
  • Collaborate effectively with site crews, supervisors, and rail protection staff
  • Ensure all work complies with New Zealand health and safety regulations, including the Railways Act and HSWA

The successful applicant will:

• Excellent attendance, punctuality, and reliability
