About the Role

We're looking for a talented Product Manager - Data to lead the data and enterprise reporting team. This role involves developing strategic data products, overseeing complex projects, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions. You will manage a team, drive innovation, and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the data product roadmap
  • Lead and motivate a team of 11 staff and contractors
  • Engage stakeholders to understand their needs
  • Manage full product lifecycle from planning to delivery
  • Promote best practices in data management and business intelligence
  • Oversee delivery of key projects like Microsoft Fabric Data platform

Skills & Experience Required OR About Your Experience

  • At least 5 years of data management experience in enterprise environments
  • Proven leadership of teams and strategic initiatives
  • Experience translating organisational priorities into plans
  • Strong project delivery and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
  • Financial literacy and ability to build government and industry relationships
