Role Summary
As Partner Servicing Manager, you will be responsible for managing various relationships with PNZ's commercial partners, funders and donors. The role focuses on delivering excellent partner servicing, supporting funding activity across commercial, grant and philanthropic channels, and ensuring partners experience meaningful value and impact.

These partnerships are vital to enabling the NZ Paralympic Team to succeed on the world stage and to advancing the Paralympic Movement in Aotearoa, including initiatives that shift attitudes towards disability. The position also supports organisation-wide activity across philanthropy, donor stewardship, fundraising, events and activations.

About You

  • Background working in account management, sponsorship, marketing or activation.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships across a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to build mutually beneficial partnerships through creative ideas and activations.
  • Outstanding organisation, event management, and planning skills, with an exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think outside the box to create innovative solutions.
  • Excellent organisation skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
  • A strong personal alignment with the identity, culture, and values of Paralympics NZ.
