Part-time Receptionist/Office Administrator

The impact you'll make:As a part-time receptionist/ office administrator you will be the welcoming face of our office, supporting both our people and clients with a wide range of administrative and reception duties.You'll be part of a close-knit team, helping to create a professional, warm, and well-organised environment. From managing meeting rooms and greeting guests, to supporting internal processes and keeping things running behind the scenes — your contribution will be valued every day. Your typical day will include:Reception & Front of House supportGreet clients and visitors warmly and professionally.Assist staff with reception-based administrative requests.Manage meeting rooms and client hosting.Maintain office facilities including kitchens and common areas.Ensure coffee machines, microwaves, fridges, and dishwashers are clean and stocked.Distribute mail and manage deliveriesGeneral Office AdministrationSupport with photocopying, printing, binding, and filing.Handle deliveries and collections (e.g., bank, gift vouchers).Assist with client onboarding/offboarding and maintain client records.Format documents and manage client data across internal systems.Use Microsoft Office and Adobe tools with moderate proficiency.Personal AssistantManage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel.Process expenses and take client calls when needed.Draft emails and take meeting minutes.QualificationsYour expertise:You're someone who brings a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to your work.
