About the Role

Are you a proactive and enthusiastic administrator or receptionist looking for a role where you can make a real impact in a dynamic healthcare environment? Womens Assessment and Delivery Suite operate 24/7, and in this vital role, you will be rostered across a seven-day schedule, ensuring seamless support for our busy team.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver high quality, customer-focused reception services.
• Accurately verify and input vital patient information.
• Liaise effectively with patients, whānau, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with Womens Health clinical and administration staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Contribute to a positive workplace culture and support ongoing quality improvements.

• Outstanding customer service skills.
