Mortgage Broker Support / Loan Writer – Join Our Team

We're looking for a motivated Mortgage Broker Support / Loan Writer to help our brokers deliver a seamless experience for their clients. This is a key role in a growing, fast-paced team where your support makes a real difference.

Can be flexible on hours and location but will need to be working 4-5 hours each day and majority of those in the office to start.

About You:

  • At least 1 year of experience in mortgage broking support, loan writing, or administration
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills and professional approach
  • Able to manage documentation, lodgements, and compliance requirements
  • A problem-solver with a proactive attitude

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review loan documentation for submission
  • Support brokers with applications and compliance checks
  • Ensure all client files are accurate and complete
  • Assist with internal admin tasks to keep the broker running smoothly

This is a back-office role—you won't be required to call leads or meet clients. You'll be the backbone of the mortgage process, ensuring everything runs efficiently and accurately.
