**Job Description**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Assistant to join the Commercial and Industrial Sales and Leasing team in our Takapuna office. We are looking for a proactive and motivated professional to provide administrative and marketing support to a busy team of highly experienced brokers.

Whilst a fantastic role in its own right, this position has also been the starting point for a successful career in property and previous incumbents have gone on to Property Management, Sales Brokerage and Administration Management positions within Colliers.

**The value you'll add**
- Collaborate to create winning client pitches, submissions, and market overviews
- Develop and manage marketing and advertising campaigns
- Create presentations, reports, and other documentation
- Coordinate team and client events and meetings
- Maintain databases and files
- Support the team to ensure success

**Qualifications**:

- 1 year relevant experience
- InDesign proficiency
- Microsoft Office suite particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
