We are looking for three Experience Leads - each focused on a unique experience portfolio.
In these roles, you'll lead experience design for transformational change, embed customer-first principles, coach teams, and collaborate with technology and product partners. You'll champion CX and UX practices to deliver seamless experiences across digital and physical channels, ensuring every decision reflects customer needs while balancing delivery priorities.

For these roles we're looking for strategic design leaders with deep experience in customer-centric design and transformation. We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:
- Proven ability to lead customer experience, service, and proposition design initiatives
- Experienced in leading digital UX and CX design initiatives incomplex transformational environments
- Strong knowledge of banking products and lending processes
- Confident in collaborating with technology and product teams to align experience and delivery
- Deep practitioner background and skills across the breadth of design activities e.g. research, service blueprints, journey mapping, and experience risk modelling
- Strong communicator and collaborator with ability to partner with and influence a range of senior stakeholders to drive people centric decision-making
