**The Role**:
This role is two-fold. Sitting within the Insights, Data Science and Services chapter area (and reporting into the respective Chapter Area Lead), your time will be split between creating new serviceinitiatives and people management.

Allocated to a squad, you will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to deliver outcomes identified as part of the Quarterly Business Review process for each squad. Your enthusiasm to both support our Chapter Members anddevelopExperiences,Services and Propositions that build competitive advantagewill be relied upon. The people management aspects will see you facilitate capability growth, consistency and allocation of resources within your chapter (circa x7 Chapter Members). This is where you will draw on your coaching skillset by tuning into the team, empowering them and leading by example ultimately seeing the collective do well.

Snapshot of the role:

- Lead the Experience Development team from a coaching, mentoring & developing talent perspective
- Iterating, extending and innovating experiences (including services) across the group
- Building business cases to support adoption of new or updatedExperiences, Services and Propositions
- Role modelling a design thinking mindset - collaborative, iterative, data informed decision making thatputs the customer and business outcomes at the centre
- Ability to leverage a range of skills including design thinking methodologies, commercial acumen andproduct development expertise to translate customer insights into Experiences, Services and Propositions that build competitive advantage forour organisation

**About You**:
Your love for either product development or design thinking will be key. Coupled with your confidence in being able to take services from concept stage through to execution. A strong track record with commercialproducts and customers is also a must. Your excellent communication and relationship management skills will also put you in good stead, as this role will see you work cross functionally with a range of internal stakeholders at all levels.

Equally important is your ability to develop, empower and nurture your team to drive engagement and best practice. Your passion and drive to share knowledge and raise the bar will be infectious. Living and breathing Agile attributes such as servant leadership, collaboration and a growth mindset will come naturally to you.
