Admin Support – Four Square Marsden Cove
Four Square Marsden Cove is looking for an Administration Support superstar to join our friendly, community-focused team As a locally owned and operated store, we pride ourselves on delivering the very best for our customers. A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills are essential. You'll need to be confident multitasking, working independently, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone and email enquiries
- Cashier duties and cash handling
- Processing invoices
- General office administration
- Supporting compliance and store processes

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Previous administration experience
- Intermediate–advanced computer skills, including strong Excel knowledge
- SAP experience (training will be provided)
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Customer service experience
