Thanks to strong recent growth, Kōura is looking for a motivated KiwiSaver Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll work directly with members to help them better understand KiwiSaver, make informed decisions, and take control of their financial futures.

About the RoleAs our KiwiSaver Consultant, you'll be at the very centre of our member experience—supporting customer service, KiwiSaver reviews, and onboarding.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Calling prospective member and making a booking for a KiwiSaver review
- Managing the Kōura email inbox and responding to member queries by phone and email
- Building strong relationships with internal teams and external financial advisers
- Contributing ideas to improve processes and enhance member experience
- Learning to guide members through our personalised Kōura digital advice tools so they can set up the best possible KiwiSaver plan
This is a dynamic, people-focused role where your confidence, empathy, and drive will help Kiwis improve their long-term financial wellbeing.
Who are we looking for- You are outgoing, energetic, and a self-starter—someone who sees problems and jumps in to solve them.
- You love building relationships and genuinely enjoy helping people.
- Have experience in a customer-facing role.
- Have an interest in personal finance and want to help people achieve their financial goals (you don't need to be an expert—just curious and willing to learn).
- Feel confident with technology and enjoy learning new systems.
- Are a native English speaker.
- Are comfortable working alternative hours when required (some evenings up to 7:30pm).
