As Finance Manager - Reporting & Cash Management, you'll lead financial reporting and cashflow management for NZ operations. You will manage three direct reports and oversee month-end processes, balance sheet reconciliations, and cashflow forecasting. This role also involves liaising with auditors, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

  • CA or CPA qualification (ex-audit background preferred)
  • 10+ years' experience in senior finance roles, ideally within large or complex organisations
  • Proven expertise in cash management and financial reporting
  • Strong leadership skills with prior management experience
  • Excellent communication, resilience, and ability to work collaboratively
  • Industry experience in construction, infrastructure, or similar sectors preferred
