  • Act as the key contact for students throughout their application and enrolment journey, proactively guiding them through every step
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting on recruitment and enrolment activity
  • Liaise with and support international enrolment staff
  • Maintain a strong understanding of college programs, academic regulations and student support services
  • Promote a strong customer-focused culture throughout the college

Administration

  • Establish and maintain accurate student records to meet all compliance requirements
  • Ensure prospect, application and enrolment data is entered accurately and in a timely manner

Miscellaneous

  • Ensure all QMS, curriculum, company, program information and teaching resources generated during employment are retained as property of the college
  • Be open and adaptable to changes in duties or responsibilities as required

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • A people-focused communicator who enjoys building relationships
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Confident in both written and verbal communication
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Experience in customer service, admissions, sales, administration or a related field is advantageous

  • Make a real impact by helping people begin meaningful careers
  • Professional development and opportunities to grow within the organisation
  • Remote work giving you the flexibility to balance personal and professional commitments
  • Be part of a long-standing, reputable tertiary institution that's supported by a wider organisation with national and international reach
