We have an exciting *Fixed-term opportunity for a Workplace & Digital Experience Delivery Manager* to join us and support the tīma to enable efficient and easy partnering across the enterprise.

Need to know: This role will be based in Auckland, whilst this is a hybrid role we do have a minimum in-office attendance requirement so cannot offer fully remote working (approx 3 days in office per week). The ideal start date for the role will be early January

We sat down with our Platform Manager - Digital Experience & Telco and they let us know the following about the tūranga (role).

What is the tīma culture and environment like?

The team is collaborative, customer-focused, and innovative, with a strong emphasis on design-thinking and delivering exceptional digital experiences.

What are 5 day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?

• Coordinate across internal teams and vendors for digital media delivery
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery for branch and corporate sites
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective outcomes
• Develop communication strategies for staff and customers during change
• Liaise with architects, technology teams, and partners to ensure seamless integration

What is the most exciting thing about this opportunity?

Leading creative and technical delivery that directly impacts customer experience and workplace productivity, while shaping BNZ's digital future.

What projects / work will the candidate be working on now and into the next year?

Delivery of new branch and corporate sites with digital media touchpoints, workplace optimisation initiatives, and projects that enhance customer self-service and digital activation.

What is the most challenging thing about this opportunity?

Managing multiple site deployments simultaneously and balancing stakeholder expectations while ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
