About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join our team. You'll be responsible for maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and providing technical support to staff. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first- and second-line IT support to staff across hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and system security.
  • Install, configure, and update hardware, software, and applications.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Ensure backups and data recovery processes are in place and tested.

About You:

  • Proven experience as an IT Support Technician, IT Specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows environments.
  • Familiar with networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls).
  • Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or similar) advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to support non-technical staff.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Relevant IT qualifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) preferred but not essential.
