We're now seeking an experienced Adviser Support – Home Loans and Risk Insurance to join our growing team.

About the Role

As the Adviser Support, you'll be the key support person to our advisor, helping clients navigate the home loan process from start to finish. This is a hands-on, dynamic role for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented, fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional client outcomes.

To succeed in this position, you'll need to be methodical, organised, and analytical, with strong financial acumen and great communication skills. You'll be motivated by helping clients achieve their financial goals and take pride in the accuracy and quality of your work.

Key Requirements:

  • Solid background in sales and a genuine passion for lending
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interpret and assess financial documents
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in banking (preferably lending) or risk insurance
  • Level 5 Financial Services Certificate (preferred)
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Broker in daily loan and insurance activities
  • Pre-screen and qualify new customer enquiries
  • Verify and assess client documentation for eligibility
  • Assist with managing adviser pipelines and deal flow
  • Prepare, package, and submit mortgage applications in line with lender policies
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders from application through to settlement
  • Maintain accurate client records in the CRM
