- Work with UX, analytics and feedback to continuously refine content and performance.
- Coordinate external agencies to support delivery and capability uplift.
What you'll bring
- Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline.
- 4+ years' experience in digital content working on websites in a content, digital or experience role.
- Proven experience with website governance and information architecture.
- Strong digital copywriting skills, with an understanding of SEO best practice and sharp eye for tone, structure and clarity.
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and website publishing workflows.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Demonstrated experience delivering marketing initiatives.
- Ability to collaborate closely with technical engineering and UX design teams.
- Proven strength in translating complex ideas into clear, user-friendly content.
- A collaborative approach with the ability to build strong relationships across the business.
- Excellent project management and critical thinking skills.
