About the Role

This is a key customer-facing position where you'll bring your smile, professionalism, and energy to ensure every customer enjoys the highest level of service. No two days are the same — you'll be involved in a wide range of duties, including:

  • Using our booking system to check clients in and out
  • Transferring clients to and from all airport terminals in our courtesy shuttles
  • Assisting with loading and unloading customers' belongings
  • Answering phones and emails promptly and professionally
  • Reconciling daily takings and investigating errors
  • Detailing/grooming vehicles to a high standard
  • Maintaining general office cleanliness to ensure a professional presentation

Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude
  • Flair for sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Computer skills are essential
  • High attention to detail and genuine care for customer property
  • Must undergo MOJ criminal history and driver licence checks
  • Reliable, punctual, and honest with a strong team ethic
  • Previous customer service or sales experience rental cars preferred
  • Full and current NZ driver's licence, with ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
  • Flexibility to work a 7-day rolling roster, including weekends and public holidays
