An opportunity has become available at our Front-End team for a Checkout Operator/Online Fulfilment Team Member. This is a full-time role.

The role of Checkout Operator/Online Fulfilment Team Member involves processing customer transactions and assisting with customer enquiries. When required, this role also plays an important part to ensure that all online orders and deliveries are picked and ready within the allocated timeframes.

**What you can expect to do in this role**:

- Greeting and thanking customers upon entry and exit
- Working with a ‘One Team’ approach
- Provide friendly and helpful service to our customers, which includes everyone from local tradies to the keen DIYers
- Processing customer transactions and leaving an awesome lasting impression
- Dealing with curly customer queries/complaints with confidence
- At time helping customers take their items to their cars.

**What we need from you**:

- The ability to carry out the manual handling requirements of the role - Heavy lifting is part of this role
