The variety of infrastructure projects include three waters, roading, and traffic improvements, walking and cycle ways, parks, and playground installations, facilities and building upgrades. **About this role | Kō tēnei tūranga mahi** Reporting to an empowering and commercially savvy Manager Capital Projects, the Team Leader leads a small team of motivated and capable civil engineers and project managers responsible for the delivery of Council's capital and renewals programmes. You'll support your team to successfully manage projects delivered by external contractors, together with leading your own portfolio of projects suited to your background, skills, and areas of interest. We value the contribution you will have to decision making across projects and process improvement as a leader within the Capital Projects unit. **About you | Ko ngā pūmanawa ōu** You may be an experienced Team Leader looking for a new role or a Senior Project Manager looking for your next career step. A mix of technical, financial, team leadership and relationship management skills are essential to thrive in this role.
