We're looking for an FP&A Manager to lead group-wide planning and insight, someone who thrives on turning data into direction, challenging the status quo, and enabling growth through sharp financial thinking.

The role

You'll sit at the heart of our strategic and financial decision-making partnering directly with our Chief Commercial Officer, Chief People Officer, and Executive Leadership Team to guide where we invest, how we grow, and what success looks like.

This is a newly created role, designed for impact.

You'll:

• Lead the planning engine – own budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting across the group and regions.
• Tell the story behind the numbers – deliver insights that make strategy real and help leaders make confident, informed decisions.
• Be a commercial sounding board – challenge assumptions, connect the dots, and bring clarity to complexity.
• Level up the team – coach and support our Finance Business Partner to scale impact across the business.
• Drive continuous improvement – from smarter models to sharper dashboards, you'll elevate how Jade does financial planning.

What you bring

• Solid experience in FP&A, business partnering, and commercial finance, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Strong financial modelling and performance analysis skills.
• Experience mentoring or leading other finance professionals.
• Advanced Excel skills, with experience using tools like Workday Adaptive, Power BI, or similar.
• A commercial lens, you can see the levers that drive business success and aren't afraid to pull them.
