McFall is seeking a dynamic and strategic Customer Experience Manager to lead our sales and customer support contact centre team of 6 across inbound and outbound channels. This is a pivotal leadership role that drives customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and business growth.

About the Role

As Customer Experience Manager, you will:

  • Lead a dedicated team focused on delivering responsive, high-quality service.
  • Oversee customer onboarding, account management, and support functions.
  • Drive outbound campaigns in collaboration with sales and marketing to support revenue growth.
  • Champion digital transformation through CRM system leadership and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure internal customer needs are met with efficiency and care.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven leadership experience in customer experience, contact centre operations, or account management.
  • Strong team development and coaching capabilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and digital tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience in fuel, lubricants, or a similar industry is advantageous.
