Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage domestic and export customer orders, from order entry and confirmation, through to invoicing.

• Coordinate shipping of orders with internal warehouse team and external freight providers.


• Manage all order and logistics related documentation in a timely and systematic manner.

• Handle customer complaints in conjunction with other departments as necessary.

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.

• Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Drive continuous process improvements to support DIFOT and other customer service related KPIs.

• Ensure the prompt communication of any supply issues to appropriate parties.

• Proactively provide support to the sales team as required.


• Contribute to production planning inputs to ensure customer demand is met in-full and on-time.


• Ensure price lists, lead times and customer contact information is up to date.


• Support internal/external audits as needed.
