Get aucklanders to be more active You only get one chance to make a fantastic first impression and our Customer Support Team are the people that make it happen when Aucklanders visit our Centres.

Working as a Customer Support Representative at our Otara Pool and Leisure Centre, right from the first smile, you will be responsible for ensuring effective and professional frontline service to our diverse customers, dealing with a wide range of inquiries, both face-to-face and on the phone. You will find that no day is the same

We have permanent 24 full-time positions, working Tuesday and Thursday evening, and Saturday and Sunday.

Please note that the shift is subject to change according to the roster and the needs of the centre, so flexibility is essential.

Our centre operates 7 days a week from 5:30am to 9:30pm, reliability, and commitment to working early, late and weekend shifts are crucial.

He kōrero mōu: About you

You will have proven administration and communication skills, as well as the ability to use your initiative to resolve problems and satisfy your customers' needs.

You're outgoing and enthusiastic nature, combined with a passion for delivering excellence in customer service, is the key to success in this role.

You should have previous face-to-face customer serivce and cash handling expereince.

You should also be tech-savvy and comfortable using a variety of applications.

Pay rate: $28.95+ per hour (Our employer KiwiSaver contribution is in addition to the base salary offered.)
