Role Description

This is a contract role for a Team Lead. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of patient care, and managing a team of healthcare professionals. This on-site role is located in West Auckland and involves coordinating staff schedules, providing performance feedback, and working closely with management to implement initiatives.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Relevant healthcare certifications and qualifications
  • Experience working in a clinical environment is a plus
