Commercial Capability Manager

The purpose of this role is to enable our ANZ Commercial teams by building and strengthening Commercial Capability.

You'll support the development and execution of the ANZ Commercial Capability function by identifying, designing, and implementing training and capability solutions that align with our strategic business growth objectives.

We're looking for a seasoned Learning & Development professional with a strong commercial lens. This role involves working across the organisation to support the creation of frameworks that empower our commercial function and broader teams.

You're passionate about leadership development and training at all levels, with a proven track record in designing, delivering, and evaluating learning solutions that demonstrate measurable impact.

You'll be both strategic and hands-on in your approach to learning design, and confident facilitating in both online and face-to-face environments.

To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

• Experience working in a fast-paced and complex organisation—ideally within FMCG or Consumer Services
• Expertise in designing and implementing new capability processes and content
• Change management and project management experience
• A high level of digital competency, ideally with learning presentation and training software
• Sales, Commercial Enablement, or Capability experience

You'll enjoy the pace of a dynamic business, be highly organised, and bring a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
