**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inventory Management**:

- Organize and accurately store inventory to ensure easy access and proper stock rotation.
- Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy, ensuring products are always available, especially for items that require in-house assembly.
- Create and maintain a schedule for product assemblies, ensuring all necessary components are stocked and ready for production

**Systems and Efficiency**:

- Design and implement efficient warehouse systems to improve productivity and minimize errors.
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance workflows, inventory management, and overall efficiency.

**Order Fulfillment**:

- Track, process, and fulfill orders from the website in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure all packaging and dispatching is done correctly, meeting quality standards.

**Team Supervision**:

- Oversee one staff and manage day-to-day tasks.
- Train and guide the assistant in maintaining systems and inventory standards.

**Stock and Supplier Management**:

- Monitor and prepare orders for suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials needed for assemblies and stock replenishment.
- Always ensure sufficient stocks are maintained.

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for inventory, assemblies, and orders.
- Perform regular stocktakes and report to management, highlighting any discrepancies or needs for replenishment.
- Prepare various reports from Unleashed software, for trends, fastest moving items, etc and understand data.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

**Health & Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or similar administrative roles.
- Proficient in inventory management software (experience with **Unleashed** or similar software is highly desirable).
- Strong organizational and planning skills, able to create and maintain efficient schedules and systems.
- Excellent written and spoken English with clear communication skills.
- Good computer literacy and the ability to work with spreadsheets, data entry, and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, making decisions when necessary.
- Own transport is essential for this role.
- Physically capable of handling inventory (lifting and moving stock up to 50 pounds).
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping and inventory management.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and improve processes in a warehouse environment.

**Pay**:
$26-$27 per hour (based on experience)

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Papatoetoe, Auckland: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse management system: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
