We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and deliver a large scale demolition and asbestos removal project based near Te Awamutu.

What you will doAs Project Manager you will be responsible for managing and delivering a large commercial project, on time and to budget. This includes active project and financial monitoring and management, communication with the client, site team and office team, timely completion of key project administration processes and the leadership onsite. This project is due to span a period of 18 months and will be commencing in February

What we are looking for

  • Experience in Project Management within a relevant industry/fields
  • Ability to effectively manage all communications with the client
  • Ability to actively problem solve and adapt when faced with challenges and/or unexpected components to a project
  • Experience in new business procurement and sales including the ability to professionally articulate service solutions to potential clients
  • Energetic and driven to achieve a high standard of customer service across all aspects of project delivery
  • Ability to understand and develop construction and contracting documentation
  • Practical knowledge and experience with Project Management software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Organised and methodical in your approach to work and the completion of tasks
  • Confident in leading and managing people to successfully deliver results
  • Ability to work collaboratively across all divisions and regions
