Te Awamutu, New Zealand Thames-Coromandel District Council Full time

We are working through an unprecedented and complex period of change as we deliver a significant project to transition internal water services - including assets, service delivery and staff to a new operating model. This programme represents a major organisational shift, requiring strong coordination, clear communication and a proactive approach to managing change.

**Programme Coordinator**

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Programme Coordinator to support the Programme and Change Manager with accurate, timely and detail-focused assistance. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that programme tasks are planned, tracked and delivered efficiently. You will communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders to build trust and keep everyone informed of progress. A critical part of the role involves coordinating meetings, managing follow-up actions and escalating emerging risks or issues promptly to support confident and informed decision-making. You will also be responsible for preparing reports, maintaining templates and formatting key programme documents - requiring a strong eye for detail and the ability to interpret data to produce meaningful insights that support the Programme Manager and contribute to smooth programme delivery.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high impact project that will shape the future of water service delivery. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, are confident working with data and reporting, and enjoy bringing order and clarity to complex programmes, we'd love to hear from you.
