Join our Claims Team and make a real difference when customers need us most. Youll manage claims from start to finish, working with partners to deliver timely, accurate, and empathetic outcomes. Every claim is a chance to build trust and support customers through lifes toughest moments. This permanent full-time role is based in Auckland at either our Albany or Sylvia Park offices with start date of 26th Jan 2026 or 2nd Feb 2026. Youll begin with in person, hands-on classroom training pm, Mon-Friday) designed to set set you up for success. After training, youll work either TuesdaySaturday or SundayThursday between the hours of 8.00 and 6.00pm and youll spend at least two days a week in the office.

Lodge and manage claims from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Provide exceptional customer experiences that build trust and loyalty.

Identify priority, complex, and vulnerable customer claims.

Maintain knowledge of systems, claims handling processes, and policy wordings.

Ensure reserving practices and audit standards are met to minimise claims leakage.

Collaborate with your team and support major event responses when required.

Experience in a customer service environment.
