Your Role
As an Associate or Technical Director in our Bridges Team, you will play a pivotal leadership role within our Auckland transport division, driving the successful delivery of major bridge and civil infrastructure design projects. Leveraging your extensive technical expertise and strategic insight, you will guide multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative, high-quality solutions that consistently surpass client expectations.
You will:
- Take ownership of end-to-end design leadership on complex bridge and civil infrastructure projects across Auckland and nationally
- Cultivate and deepen strategic client relationships to drive new opportunities and long-term partnerships
- Champion innovation by integrating emerging digital engineering tools and advanced construction techniques
- Mentor and develop talented engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture aligned with client goals

- 12+ years of proven leadership in bridge design, with a demonstrated record of managing complex structural projects successfully
- An authoritative understanding of design standards, construction practices, and regulatory frameworks for bridges and civil structures
- A robust professional network of clients and industry partners, with strong influence within the consultancy market
- Relevant professional qualifications and a commitment to continuous learning and engineering innovation
