Role Purpose

The Sales Manager will lead and inspire an Auckland-based team of Sales Consultants responsible for selling homes "off the plan." This role will drive sales performance, ensure exceptional customer experience, and contribute to Wolfbrook's growth strategy in the residential property market.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Performance

  • Lead, coach, and develop Sales Consultants to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor and review individual and team performance, providing regular feedback, mentoring, and structured development plans.
  • Foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture within the sales team.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Drive sales of off-the-plan residential developments in Auckland and nearby regions.
  • Deliver sales strategies aligned with Wolfbrook's pricing, product positioning, and marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee and optimise the sales funnel, from lead generation to contract close.
  • Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to refine sales strategies.

Customer Experience

  • Ensure an outstanding end-to-end customer journey, from first enquiry through to settlement.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues promptly, maintaining Wolfbrook's reputation for professionalism and care.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee compliance with sales processes, contracts, and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting and forecasting for senior leadership.
  • Contribute to product feedback loops with Development, Construction, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with buyer demand.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven success in residential property sales (off-the-plan or new build experience strongly preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years in a sales leadership/management role with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive results while managing compliance and risk.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Understanding of property contracts, lending, and the residential development process desirable.
