About the role:
We are on the hunt for an experienced and driven Area Manager to oversee multiple contracts across South and East Auckland. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of all site operations, ensuring all contractual obligations are not only met, but are exceeded.
You will also be responsible for personnel management, operational planning, client relationship management, financial control, payroll, compliance with Health and Safety, provide training and oversee the day to day quality of service and continuous improvement.
This is not a 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday role, evening and weekend work will be required. Therefore, a full licence is a must You will of course be provided with a company vehicle.
About You:
Experience in multi-site operations at Supervisory or Management level within the Property Maintenance/Cleaning industry is preferred, however we are open to speaking with people from other service industries who bring relevant skills.
It goes without saying that you will need to have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and proven leadership skills with demonstrated experience in coaching and developing others.
A strong focus is our clients – you will need to have demonstrated experience in fostering long-term relationships based on trust and loyalty.
The role also requires a results-driven approach and demonstrated ability to perform efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
