Wellington, Wellington, New Zealand Tenzing Full time NZ$80,000 - NZ$120,000 per year

We are inviting expressions of interest from experienced M365 Information Management Specialists to play a key role in helping organisations unlock the full potential of Microsoft 365 collaboration applications.

In this role, you'll design and implement solutions that enable seamless collaboration, ensure compliance, and deliver better information management outcomes. You'll work closely with clients to understand their unique information and records management needs and translate these into practical, effective Microsoft 365 solutions. This includes configuring applications such as SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive in line with best practice, while ensuring every solution meets New Zealand's security, privacy, and legislative requirements.

Your expertise will help organisations turn their Information Management strategies into real-world information architecture and governance frameworks to support flexible working and improved collaboration. You'll also create clear documentation and training resources and provide hands-on knowledge transfer to ensure clients can confidently manage and maintain their solutions long after implementation.

What you'll bring

You will have proven experience in designing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions, with hands-on expertise in administering and maintaining SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. Your knowledge will span Microsoft information protection, governance, and compliance features, enabling you to ensure secure and compliant environments.

  • 5+ years' experience in information management, with strong knowledge of the information management lifecycle and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to communicate information management concepts, policies, and benefits to stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering training on M365 collaboration tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
