As Product Manager – International and FX, you'll be at the forefront of shaping and growing our international payments and foreign currency account offerings. You'll ensure our products are fit for purpose, meet evolving customer needs, and align with our strategic goals. You'll be responsible for performance tracking and P&L, and will bring tenacity and patience to influence decisions across the organisation. This is a role where thinking outside the square and solutioning for customers is key.

  • Demonstrated experience in product management, preferably in international payments, foreign currency accounts or foreign exchange
  • Knowledge of banking risk, compliance and regulatory frameworks
  • Ability to deliver customer-centric solutions and drive innovation
  • Confident in building trusted relationships and communicating with clarity across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Proactive self-starter able to take ownership and deliver results independently
