The role

  • Clinical care your way: Choose telehealth from home or in-person at our clinics in Ponsonby (Auckland), Christchurch, Wellington, or Tauranga.
  • Flexible commitment: Minimum 8 hours per week; set the days and times that fit your life.
  • Fast, supported start: A comprehensive 3-day paid orientation at our Ponsonby flagship prepares you to begin confidently.
  • Teamwork you can feel: Join a collegial group of 14+ doctors(GPs, ED, Paediatrics, Nephrology, and Internal Medicine) who share knowledge generously.

Training & support

  • All training provided and paid, with regular peer groups and CME meetings.
  • Clear, structured protocols plus ongoing case discussion so you're never "going it alone".

You'll bring

  • MCNZ registration and PGY3+ (Fellowship welcome but not essential).
  • Curiosity and compassion; prior medicinal cannabis experience is helpful but not required.
  • Comfort with telehealth and/or availability for face-to-face sessions in Auckland, Christchurch, Wellington, Tauranga, Queenstown and Nelson.
  • A patient-first mindset and commitment to safe, evidence-led care.
