Migration Specialist - Enterprise Data Systems

Are you an experienced Migration Specialist looking for your next challenge? We're seeking a skilled professional to lead and support large-scale enterprise migrations, ensuring data integrity, system integration, and seamless delivery in complex environments.

What You'll Bring

You'll have proven experience managing large enterprise migrations — working across multiple software development lifecycle environments and integrated systems with upstream and downstream data flows.

Your technical expertise will include:

  • Hands-on experience with Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) tooling.
  • Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries to support testing and data reconciliation.
  • Experience with at least one of the following:
  • Core Banking Systems
  • Financial Management Information Systems (FMIS) such as General Ledgers
  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems focused on process and logistics management

You'll also have a strong understanding of working within regulated industries, with exposure to compliance and reporting requirements.

Bonus Skills

We'd love to hear from you if you also have experience with:

  • Test planning or testing management
  • Data mappings for business transformations
  • Test data generation
  • Avro files or RESTful APIs (and tools such as Postman)
