With a team of 380+ professionals across Australia, Southeast Asia, and New Zealand, we deliver innovative solutions that transform how projects are designed, built, and managed. At Aptella, you'll join a dynamic, forward-thinking environment that values expertise, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

About the Role

Aptella is seeking a Territory Account Manager to drive growth across the geospatial, infrastructure and construction sectors. In this role, you'll represent industry-leading technologies that optimise design, engineering, and construction workflows.

You'll identify new opportunities, cultivate trusted partnerships, and deliver tailored solutions that enhance project efficiency and accuracy. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll shape sales strategies, demonstrate high-value technologies, and lead solution-based discussions that make a tangible impact on client success.

This is an opportunity for a commercially minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about innovation in civil and construction technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of civil engineering, construction, and survey technologies—including hardware, software, and integrated workflows
  • Deliver engaging solution demonstrations and technical presentations to senior stakeholders
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across your assigned territory
  • Build and execute territory sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with professionalism and integrity
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align strategies and deliver value
  • Provide technical insights and solution support to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Partner with delivery and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction
  • Develop territory business plans and provide regular pipeline reporting and forecasting
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategy
About You

You're a confident communicator and trusted advisor who thrives on building relationships and delivering results. With a background in civil engineering, construction, or geospatial technology, you bring strong technical acumen and a solutions-oriented mindset.

You're commercially astute, target-driven, and able to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution. Your ability to connect with clients, understand their challenges, and deliver innovative solutions sets you apart. You're organised, proactive, and adaptable—comfortable working independently or as part of a collaborative team.

Ideally, you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in civil engineering, construction technology, or survey-based solutions
  • A strong understanding of design, construction, and infrastructure project workflows
  • Demonstrated success in technical sales, account management, or business development
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • A commitment to safety, integrity, and continuous improvement
Why Join Aptella?

At Aptella, you'll work with world-leading technology alongside a supportive and high-performing team. We foster innovation, professional growth, and collaboration across every part of the business.

Enjoy a competitive package with benefits including flexible work options, career development opportunities, and generous parental leave.

If you're driven by innovation, inspired by technology, and ready to make an impact in the civil and construction industries—Aptella is where your next chapter begins.

We are an equal-opportunity employer and welcome applications from all backgrounds.
