With strong values, a loyal customer base and products Kiwis genuinely love, we need an experienced Territory Sales Manager to work alongside the Managing Director and who knows how to sell into grocery and look for opportunities to increase revenue.
We're now looking for an experienced Territory Sales Manager (FMCG) to take the lead in expanding their footprint across the North Island.
*What You'll Bring to the Role*
- A down-to-earth, genuine attitude - no egos, just results
- 6–8+ years in FMCG sales (Territory Manager or BDM level)
- Proven grocery sales experience, ideally across both large and independent customers
- Strong mix of new business hunting and account management skills
- A confident communicator - equally at ease in a dairy or with supermarket buyers
- A proactive, self-driven approach and comfort working independently
- Values that align with sustainability, quality, and integrity
- A true team player who loves rolling up their sleeves to help others
You may have started your career with a large FMCG brand and moved into a smaller, family-run business, giving you both the polish and the practical know-how to thrive in this role. You know how to sell, how to grow, and how to build lasting relationships.
