What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Reconcile supplier statements, match invoices to purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies
  • Coordinate credit card reconciliations, travel expenditure, and supplier communications
  • Support month-end reporting and identify opportunities to improve processes and systems
  • Work collaboratively across teams to ensure consistency, compliance, and great service

Who You Are

You're organised, detail-focused, and enjoy keeping things on track. You take pride in accuracy, enjoy working with numbers, and get satisfaction from closing the loop and seeing things run smoothly. You bring:

  • At least 2 years' experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance role
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and systems
  • Experience confidently using Xero and Excel
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong communication skills
  • A team-oriented approach and a genuine commitment to doing things well
