About the Role 

Ricoh New Zealand is looking for an experienced, technically skilled and customer-focused Sales & Support Analyst extraordinaire to support our Production Print operations. This role plays a key part in delivering both pre-sales and post-sales support for hardware and software solutions, with a strong emphasis on colour management, graphic software, and customer training. You'll also maintain our Production Print showroom and support the creation of sales tools and marketing collateral. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise in colour management and commercial print workflows.

  • Support pre-sales activities including workflow analysis and solution recommendations.

  • Deliver customer demonstrations and onsite training and manage follow-up requests.

  • Maintain Ricoh's Production Print showroom and ensure equipment is customer ready.

  • Develop training materials and sales collateral including datasheets, presentations, and videos.

  • Assist with customer sample requests and coordinate training bookings.

  • Support service escalations and installations across Ricoh's dealer network.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage stock and product information.

Skills, Attributes and Experience

To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in colour management and commercial print workflows.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).

  • Experience with variable data and web-to-print solutions (e.g. FusionPro, XMPie).

  • Strong understanding of Mac/PC environments and Windows Server.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to analyse customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Strong organisational and scheduling abilities.

  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to manage demanding workloads.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience in technical documentation and training delivery.

  • A proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused mindset.
