At Alberts, we're redefining the workplace. Our premium hybrid workspaces and private members work clubs offer aspirational environments, enhanced shared facilities, and thoughtfully designed spaces that foster innovation, connection, and culture.
Alberts Venues currently include the Alberts Clubs at 1 Albert Street and the Formery, as well as a private cinema, 2 bars and various meeting venues. In 2025, we will be adding 2-3 more clubs, with associated amenities, padel courts, a golf simulator and an additional 24,000sqm of workspaces.
The Opportunity
As Vice President Venues and Services, you'll lead the Alberts experience across our network of offices, clubs, event venues, and hospitality spaces. This is a hands-on leadership role for a seasoned hospitality professional — someone who understands service excellence, operational finesse, and the art of creating environments that inspire connection.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll oversee our Concierge, Club, and Events teams, ensuring a seamless and sophisticated experience for every member, tenant, and guest. You'll shape the future of Alberts' service philosophy — leading by example, driving engagement, and fostering a culture of warmth, professionalism, and creativity.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead multi-site venue operations, ensuring a consistent and elevated service experience across all Alberts clubs and event spaces.
- Inspire and manage hospitality teams to deliver intuitive, premium service in every interaction.
- Build strong relationships with tenants, members, and suppliers — creating moments that bring the Alberts community to life.
- Partner with the Business Development and Brand teams to activate venues through curated events and unique experiences.
- Oversee supplier engagement, hospitality operations, and service standards across bars, clubs, and event offerings.
- Champion the Alberts Service Charter — developing and embedding a culture of excellence and discretion.
- Contribute to strategic planning and the launch of new venues and amenities across the growing portfolio.
- Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team — leading from the floor and setting the tone for service culture.
What You'll Bring
- Senior leadership experience in luxury hospitality, hotel, or lodge management.
- Proven ability to manage multi-site venues or large-scale F&B operations.
- A passion for personal service, community building, and guest experience.
- Strong supplier engagement and operational management skills.
- High emotional intelligence with a hands-on, approachable leadership style.
- Commercial acumen and a flair for delivering exceptional, memorable experiences.
